Online Obituaries Eleni Helen Bourlogiannis, 90, of Brockton, died peacefully on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Braemoor Health Center in Brockton. Helen was born in Vythos, Greece on August 1, 1924. She was married to Kostantino Bourlogiannis in 1948. They raised two children, John and Jenny. Helen lost her husband in 1966 and immigrated with her two teenage children to America. She joined her family and worked at Howes Leather Company. She was fiercely devoted to her children and grandchildren, tending to her home and hosting visitors. Helen was a beloved mother and a cherished Yiayia. She is survived by her children, John and Elpiniki Niki Bourlogianis of Pittsburgh, PA and Jenny Malatantis of Brockton, MA; four grandchildren, Labrini and Sean Nelligan and their children, Grace and Liam, Konstantin and Ashley Bourlogianis, Eleni Malatantis and Joanna Bourlogianis. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Andrew Tsoumas and Theodora Roula Georgantas. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Monday, May 18th at 9:00AM followed by a funeral service in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton at 10:00AM. The Rev. Anthony Evangelatos will officiate. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours Sunday from 2:00-5:00PM.
