Sister of the late John, Timothy and Joseph Walsh and Mary (Walsh) Murphy. Aunt of Joseph H. Walsh of Brockton and John and Paul Walsh both formerly of Brockton. Godmother of Maura Cutting of Needham.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 9:30am. Funeral Mass in St. Edward Church at 11am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Visitation Wednesday 9:30 to 10:30am.

Obituary Information

Mrs. Murphy died Saturday evening at the German Center in W. Roxbury after a period of failing health.She was born and educated in Brockton the daughter of the late John J. and Julia (Riordan) Walsh.She retired as office manager at the MDC Chestnut Hill Water Pumping Station after more than 30 years.During her retirement she and her late husband divided their time between Delray Beach, Florida and Buttermilk Bay.

She is survived by her 3 nephews Joseph H. Walsh of Brockton and John and Paul Walsh both formerly of Brockton and a goddaughter Maura Cutting of Needham.Services as above
