Obituary

Helen T. (Modesky) Talbot, 86 years of Brockton died Thursday, January 31, 2008 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Alfred E. Talbot. She was born in Chelsea and raised in Brockton, a daughter of the late Vera (Peterikits) and Charles Kasmir Modesky. At the age of six Helen moved to Brockton and made her home with William and Mary Savage. Helen worked in several shoe factories in Brockton area and retired many years ago. She enjoyed watching television, reading and crocheting. She had been a communicant of Christ the King Parish/St. Colman Church for many years.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in Christ the King Parish/St. Colman Church at 9am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday 8 to 8:45am.
