Horacio "Nelson" Lubrano Horacio "Nelson" Martins Lubrano, 59, died unexpectedly, Thursday evening, July 12, 2007 at his home in Brockton. Born July 14, 1947 in Santa Catarina, Cape Verde, he was the son of the late Horacio Lubrano Barbosa and Maria Carolina Arteaga. Mr. Lubrano was a Teacher while he was living in Cape Verde. He enjoyed soccer and has been a Brockton resident for over 12 years. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Cesar Lubrano, Julio Cesar Arteaga Lubrano, Maria Lidia Arteaga Lubrano, and Fatima DeJesus Arteaga Lubrano; his step brothers and sisters, Octavio Silva Barbosa, Flavio Silva Barbosa, Ana Marilia Silva Barbosa, and Marco Silva Barbosa; his uncles and aunt, Amancio Arteaga, Jose Arteaga, Maria Fernanda Lubrano, and Maria Arteaga; he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information A funeral mass will be held in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 291 High St., Central Falls, Rhode Island on Tuesday, July 17th at 10:00 AM.
