Idalina Mendes Tavares Fortes, 84, of Brockton, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital.
She was born August 20, 1932 in Praia, Cape Verde.
She is survived by her daughter, Maria DeFatima Fortes.
Funeral Information
Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 23rd at 8:00AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 9:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00-9:00PM.
