Irene M. (Walsh)Adams Irene M. (Walsh)Adams , of Marshfield, died Saturday June 13, 2009 at her home. She was the wife of the late Thomas D. Adams. Born June 11, 1923 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Lester R. Walsh and Eglantine (Forest) Walsh. Raised in Brockton she graduated from Brockton High School. Mrs. Adams attended the University of Alabama and graduated from the the University of Kentucky. She also attended Pierce Business School in Boston. She has been a Marshfield resident since 1975 and enjoyed walking, the beach, and reading. She is survived by her daughters, Dianne M. Raimondi and Sandra L. Barker; her grandchildren, Patrick Petrocelli and Amannda Marie Raimondi; her sister, Marjorie Robertson. Funeral Information A private funeral mass will be held with interment in Melrose Cemetery.
