Jaime Jose DaRosa Jaime Jose DaRosa , 80, of Brockton, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at his home in Brockton. He was the husband of the late Domigas DaRosa. Born July 7, 1930 in Fogo, Cape Verde, he was the son of the late Severino J. DaRosa and Amelia (Pina) Rosa. He enjoyed going to the Casino and scratching lottery tickets, traveling everywhere by foot, having Suli wine and then taking naps on his chair and helping everyone who came into his life. He is survived by his children, Maria Isabel, Ramiro, Dota, Otilio, Filo, Alcinda, Dundi, Titina, Gil, Justa, Coia, Tixo, Tate, Stephanie and the late Nica; his siblings, Isabel "Tia Bebe", Tome "Papa", Manuel "Nene" and the late Francisco; he is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and many nieces nephews and countless relatives and friends. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday at 7:30AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Patrick Church, 400 Dudley St., Roxbury at 9:00AM.
