Jaimee Lee Occhipinti Scopa, 27, of Brockton, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Thomas Scopa.
Born November 1, 1992 in Stoughton, she was the beloved daughter of Stephen S. Occhipinti and Bernice M. (Long) Occhipinti.
Jaimee is also survived by her beloved daughter, Cecilya Rose Scopa; her stepson, Thomas Scopa, Jr. whom she loved as her own; her brother, Marc Jaramillo; her grandparents, Charles and Noreen Long, Beverly Occhipinti and the late Sal Occhipinti and Carol Roy; her mother-in-law, Sharon Scopa; her niece, Star Lee Jaramillo whom she had a special bond with; she is also survived by numerous friends and cousins who she was fiercely loyal to especially Melisa Occhipinti who was constantly by her side.
She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and dedication to her family.
The Occhipinti family would like to thank everyone for all their help, care and compassion in her last months including the wonderful nurses from South Shore Hospice Care.
Calling Hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (RT123) Brockton on Tuesday, March 10th from 4:00-6:30PM followed by a brief prayer service at 6:30PM.
