Lisenby of Boston, February 13, 2003, James R. Lisenby, 46 years. Brother of Michael D. Lisenby, George Bogue, Margaret A. Kurk, Patricia F. Baker and Caroline F. Heughan. Beloved father of Lindsay F. Lisenby, Paul R. Lisenby and Kyle Lisenby.

Memorial Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 2 pm. Visitation 1-3 pm. Burial at a later date in Melrose Cemetery Donations in James’s memory may be made to Brooke House, 107 Park Dr.,Boston, MA 02116 or to Hope House, 40 Upton St., Boston, MA 02118.

Obituary Information

Mr. Lisenby died unexpectedly Thursday at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. Born in Boston, son of the late Louis M. and Fay (Burkard) Lisenby. Raised in Brockton, attended Brockton schools and graduate of Brockton High School. Employed as a lineman by various companies in the area, including the MBTA. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Member of IBEW Local 104.

Survived by 2 brothers Michael D. Lisenby of Randolph and George Bogue of Brockton, 3 sisters Margaret A. Kurk of SeminoleCounty, FL, Patricia Baker of Middleboro and Caroline F. Heughan of Leverna, TN. 3 children Lindsay F., Paul R. and Kyle Lisenby all of Taunton, several cousins, and one aunt, many nieces and nephews, 4 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
