Online Obituaries James "Michael" McDermott, 60 years old, of West Bridgewater formerly of Randolph, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in West Bridgewater. Born April 6, 1952 in Boston, he was the son of the late Dorothy (McDonough) McDermott and the late James McDermott of Randolph. Michael is survived by his son Christopher McDermott and wife Laurie; his daughter, Jill McDermott Weaver and her husband Billy; his grandchildren, Alannah, Nicholas, Reece, Mia and Jack; he also leaves behind many friends and his extended family, The Moneghan Family (Monty's) of West Bridgewater. He was the brother of the late Paul McDermott and Maureen Sass. Funeral Information Following cremation, a Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 27th at 10:00AM in St. Mary Parish, 211 North Main St., Randolph.
