Jamie M. Blazuk Jamie M. Blazuk , 34, of Brockton died suddenly Friday, April 10, 2009 at his home. He was the husband of Audra (Pension) Blazuk. Born June 18, 1974 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of James Ford and Helen Blazuk. Raised in Boston he was a graduate of Don Bosco Preparatory High School. Jamie was a construction worker for ten years. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Audra (Pension) Blazuk of Brockton; his children Jamie M. Blazuk , Jr. and Raven B. Blazuk of Boston; his stepchildren, Nicole and Sara Allen of Brockton; and his mother, Helen Blazuk of North Carolina. Funeral Information Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home Friday, April 24, 2009 at 2:00PM.
