Obituary

Jane M. (Gothage) Folino, age 85, of Brockton, died November 17, 2012 at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Peter D. Folino. Jane was born, raised and educated in Brockton, daughter of the late Domenic and Mary (Deiulius) Gothage. She was employed by the City of Brockton for over 20 years and retired from the Building Department in 1992. Jane’s greatest pastime was having breakfast with her family. She was a longtime member of the Brockton Council on Aging where she enjoyed playing Mahjong and bingo.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol Cosgrove of East Bridgewater and Debra Paparo and her husband Glenn of Brockton; two grandchildren, Beth Brooker of Florida and Lisa Cosgrove of East Bridgewater; two great grandchildren; a sister Mary Mucci of Brockton, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Rose Nardelli, Samuel, John and Bernard Gothage, and mother in law of the late Paul Cosgrove.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Sunday 2-5pm. A funeral home service will be held Monday at 10am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
