Online Obituaries Jane M. (McKenney) Walcott, 77, of South Easton, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of Robert C. Walcott for 48 years. Born December 18, 1935 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. McKenney, Jr. and Mary E. (Higgins) McKenney. Raised in Brockton she graduated from St. Patrick School and attended Stonehill College. Jane owned and operated The Charles H. McKenney Insurance Agency in Brockton where she operated her family business for several decades. She was a long time resident of Easton. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her daughters and twelve grandchildren. She was also a avid biography reader. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Sarah J. Abramson and her husband Albert of West Roxbury, Susan E. Walcott of Easton, Anne M. Simpson and her husband Paul of Norton and Jane E. Regnante and her husband Richard of East Greenwich, RI; her grandchildren, Alexander, Samuel, Juliana, Andrew, James, Katherine, Matthew, Elizabeth, Sophia, Emily, Nicholas and Joseph; her brothers, Charles H. McKenney, III of Abington and Brian V. McKenney of FL; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Shaun D. McKenney, Frederick L. McKenney, Mary E. Richard and Brenda Dorsey. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Monday, July 22nd at 9:30AM thence to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 439 West St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:30AM.
