Jane A. Wood

Jane A. Wood (Winnett), age 85, of Kingston, passed away on September 17, 2026, at Wingate at Silver Lake. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Wood.

Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Alice (Tinkham) Winnett.

She worked as a receptionist at Gino’s Hair Salon for many years.

Mrs. Wood enjoyed playing Sudoku and shopping.

Jane is survived by her children, Jeanne P. Carloni and her husband John of Sandwich and Jeffrey Goldriver and his wife Ruby of Paignton, England; two grandchildren, Mario Carloni and his wife Jennifer of New Bedford and Dylan Jones of London, England; and two great grandsons, Henry and Edward Carloni. She was the mother of the late John Guenette

The family would like to thank the caregivers at the Elmwood Unit at Wingate at Silver Lake Rehab in Kingston for their love, compassion, and kindness they have given to Jane the last few years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 10-11am, with a funeral service beginning at 11 am, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton. Burial will be held at a later date in Calvary Cemetery.
