Obituary

Jarret came into this world on September 6, 1991. His humor, quick wit, infectious laugh, and aptitude for singing was apparent as a toddler. Throughout his childhood and teenage years, Jarret participated in multiple town and school plays, open mic nights, and talent shows. He attended elementary school in Middleboro, Carver and West Bridgewater, MA; graduated from West Bridgewater High School in 2010 and attended Mass College of Liberal Arts thereafter.

His gift of gab, persuasive and intense personality allowed him to befriend people of all ages and walks of life. He found joy in entertaining others and despite life's challenges, Jarret's love for singing and making others laugh never wavered. His rendition of Hallelujah, Black Bird, and Death Cab for Cutie songs (to name a few), highlight his ability to evoke the emotion behind the words. Jarret would want people to think of him when they hear these songs. To find joy in music and laugh heartily in his memory.

He is survived by his parents Kevin Widdop of Easton, MA. Eric and Janeen (Duquette) Kearns of West Bridgewater, MA. His brothers Justin Widdop, Spencer Widdop and John Kearns; his grandparents Jacqueline Duquette (AKA Nana Lala) of Middleboro, MA; Pamela "Gram Pam" Widdop of Easton, MA, Linda "Nanu" Widdop of Nashville, TN, John Kearns and Sue Buzzell of Middleboro, Hannah and Bill Kerr of Wrentham; his godfather Rich Langton; aunts and uncles - Jason and Kathy Widdop, Eric and Jill Widdop, Lisa (Widdop) and Bobby Palma, Joyce (Duquette) and Butch Langton, Jackalynn (Duquette) and Joseph White, Janice (Duquette) Hill and Neil O'Connor, Jayne (Duquette) and Michael Baker, Kim (Kearns) and Ed Vinal, Keri Kearns and Mike Kearns; numerous cousins and extended family members.

Jarret joined his two grandfathers, Robert Widdop and Richard Duquette; his aunt and uncle June Duquette and Richie Duquette; his cousin Angel Silva; and extended family members who have gone before him. Those he knew, and those who he did not meet during his time on earth.

His family asks those that had the pleasure of knowing Jarret to honor his life in a way that reminds them of good times with him. They will do the same during private events.
