Jean E. (McGrath) MacLeod, 100, passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter D. MacLeod. Born December 5, 1921 in Lorne Valley, Prince Edward Island, Canada she was the daughter of the late Edwin Kimpton and Marion (Ferguson) McGrath. Mrs. MacLeod was employed as a Licensed Practical nurse and was retired from Norfolk County Hospital, Braintree. She is survived by her daughter, Susan White and husband Kenny of So. Easton; a son, Ross MacLeod of Brockton; Grandchildren, Kristen Moreira and husband Kevin, Scott MacLeod and wife Lindsay and Alyssa MacLeod; Great Grandson, Camden MacLeod; two sisters, Marion Nolan and husband John of Norwood and Lillian McGrath of Hyde Park; special cousin, Alton McGrath of Montague, Prince Edward Island, Canada. As well as several other cousins, nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late, Evelyn Terrio, Elliot McGrath, Dougie MacGrath, Charles McGrath, Robert MacGrath, Kenneth McGrath, Annabel MacKay and Sterling McGrath. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 9th at 12:30PM in the Melrose Cemetery, 88 No. Pearl St., Brockton, MA.
