Online Obituaries Jeanette A. Hardy, 82, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at the West Acres Nursing Home in Brockton. Born July 24, 1930 in Thorton, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Hardy and Nellie (Rogers) Hardy-Roche. Jeannette was a Book Keeper for many years for the Ship Builders Union in Quincy. She enjoyed crosswords, knitting and spending time with her family. She was an avid Boston Sports fan, especially enjoying the Boston Red Sox and Celtics. She is survived by her sister, Sharon Waller; her brother-in-law, Elia Louis Joseph; her niece, Leslie Joseph; her nephew, Chris Joseph and his wife Kristin; her grandnieces and nephews, Riley Joseph, Noah Joseph, Michael Joseph, Matthew Joseph and Grace Joseph. She was the longtime companion of the late Samuel Corey. Funeral Information Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Friday, September 21st from 11:00AM-12:00PM followed by a funeral service at 12:00PM.
