Jeanette A. (Froio) O'Donnell, age 85, of East Bridgewater, died on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at Sachem Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was accompanied in her final hours by her loving family. Born in Brockton on February 16, 1934, Jeanette was the daughter of Louise and Thomas Froio. She was a life-long resident of the city and attended Brockton public schools. She had worked as a bookkeeper, a sales clerk at King's Department Store and a home health aide. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her three sons, Robert and his wife Annamarie of Marlborough, Scott of Middleboro and his fiance Wendy Barrett, and Timothy and his wife Katherine of Holyoke, a brother Thomas of Brockton and a sister, Carmella of Nahant. She was the twin sister of the late Jeanine Bailey of Brockton. Jeanette is also survived by six grandchildren, Nicholas O'Donnell, Lindsay O'Donnell, Brandon O'Donnell, Christopher O'Donnell, Brian O'Donnell and Brendan O'Donnell; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton, on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM followed by a memorial service at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in the St. Michael Cemetery, Avon.
