Jeanette B. (Kos) Oteri, 87, of West Bridgewater, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. Born in Cutchogue, New York on November 23, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Michael Kos and Albina (Rusak) Kos. Jeanette attended Bellevue School of Nursing in New York as well as Boston College, earning a bachelor's degree with a minor in psychology. Jeanette worked as a registered nurse for the Brockton VA Hospital. Jeanette is survived by her daughters, Diane Britton and Karen Oteri; her grandchildren, Cassandra Britton and Caitlyn Murby; her great-grandchildren, Lucas, Liam and Landon; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 9 brothers and sisters. Everyone loved Jeanette and she was wonderful to everyone. She also had a very strong faith in the Lord. A prayer service will be held on Saturday, July 23rd at 2:00 PM in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 S. Main St., West Bridgewater followed by a memorial gathering until 4:00 PM. Interment will follow at a later date in Long Island, New York.
