Obituary

Jeanne F. (Cormier) Morrison, of Pembroke, 75 years, wife of the late Gerald J. Morrison, passed away suddenly April 7, 2008 at South Shore Hospital. She was born in Medford, daughter of the late George and Ruby M. (Kilpatrick) Cormier. Jeanne was a graduate of Brockton High School class of 1950 and had been a resident of Brockton for many years prior to moving to Pembroke. She was a homemaker and later a manager for many years at Fields Hosiery in Brockton. Upon retiring she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, watching her many favorite television shows and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Miller and her husband Thomas and Lynne Morrison of Pembroke, two sons James Morrison and his wife Susan of N. Easton and Robert Morrison and his wife Lynne of Bridgewater; nine grandchildren Sarah, Kaitlyn and her husband Andrew, Jessica, Jennifer, Allison, J.J., Ryan, Gianna and Julianna; a sister Gail Norvish of Berkley, many nieces and nephews and her loving cat Molly. She was the sister of the late George Cormier.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte123) Brockton, Friday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Bridgewater. Visiting Hours Thursday 4-8pm. Donations in memory of Jeanne may be made to the Charity of One’s Choice.
