Obituary

Jeanne A. “Tickie” Condon-Daxberger, age 67, of Taunton, died unexpectedly August 22, 2017. Born and raised in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Lena (Strollo) Condon. Jeanne was a graduate of Brockton High School class of 1968 and had been a lifelong hairdresser.

Jeanne was a member of the Sons of Italy in Brockton and the YMCA of Easton where she enjoyed practicing yoga. She loved art, movies, cooking, baking and anything Italian. She was passionate about dogs, especially her beloved Rocky. Tickie will be remembered as a caring mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who was very proud of her family.

Jeanne was the beloved mother of Michael D. Daxberger and his wife Rita of Taunton, Dennis P. Daxberger, Jr. and Joseph C. Daxberger both of Brockton; grandmother of Sydney and Dennis Daxberger; and sister of Richard Condon of Brockton and Patricia Klauer and her husband Kevin of Sandwich. She also leaves many cousins, nieces and nephews. Jeanne was the former wife of the late Dennis P. Daxberger, Sr.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Friday, August 25 from 9-11am followed by a Funeral Service at 11am. Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
