Online Obituaries Jennie R. (Asacker) Khoury, 90, of Brockton, passed away Monday, March 18, 2013 at St. Joseph Manor in Brockton. She was the wife of the late George E. Khoury for 44 years. Born June 3, 1922 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Richard J. Asacker and Elmes (Asacker) Asacker. A lifelong Brockton resident, she attended Brockton Schools. Jennie worked as a Supervisor for Randy Boat Shoe in Randolph and as a Receptionist for Service Merchandise in Stoughton. Jennie enjoyed reading, puzzles and most of all going to dinner with friends and family. She is survived by her step-son, E. George Khoury and his wife Cynthia of Bridgewater; her grandson, Matthew W. Khoury and his wife Dianna of IL; her great-grandsons, Daniel Edward Khoury and David William Khoury; her devoted friend, Shannon Tangherlini; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Naime, Iyub, Gabriel, George, Peter Asacker, Ann Webby, Marion Lajeonesse, Josephine Cardini, Elizabeth Randall and Mae Alesio. Funeral Information Calling hours in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Sunday, March 24th from 2:00-5:00PM followed by a prayer service at 5:00PM. Private interment will be held in South Easton Cemetery.
