Jerilyn F. "Jeri" Williams Jerilyn F. "Jeri" (Thayer) Williams, 64, of Brockton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at her home in Brockton. She was the beloved wife of Matthew F. Williams of 42 years. Born April 3, 1946 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Richard Thayer and Helen (Houston) Thayer. A lifelong Brockton resident she graduated from Brockton High School. Jeri worked for Celia Insurance Agency in Brockton for over 47 years as a Customer Service Representative. Jeri enjoyed life, spending time with her grandson, the beach, Cape Cod, crossword puzzles, cooking and jazz music. Jeri is survived by her loving husband, Matthew F. Williams of Brockton; her loving children, Craig A. Williams and his wife Pamela of Taunton and Shannon R. Williams and her fianc Joseph Boomer of Bridgewater; her adoring grandson, Cameron Williams; her sisters, Carol Evans of Las Vegas and Deborah Solomon of Bridgewater; her sister-in-laws, Janet Stone, Judy Piers and Joann Brides; she is also survived by her "Auntie Lil" and several nieces and nephews.
