Obituary

Jo-el M. Tower, age 55, passed away on October 12, 2025, at Boston Medical Center – South in Brockton, MA.

Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of Thelma L. (Bourne) Tower.

Jo-el was a graduate of Brockton Christian Regional High School and later studied at Massasoit Community College. She worked as a home health aide for many years.

She is survived by several siblings, nieces and nephews.

Jo-el was interred with her brother William in Citrus Heights, California.

A Celebration of her life will be hosted by her dear friend Sean Philpot and will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm, at Generations Banquet Hall, 81 Memorial Drive, Avon, MA 02322. Jo-el's immediate family will not be in attendance.
