Joan Connor was raised in Dorchester attending school at St. Ann in Dorchester. She had a sister and a brother who passed away before Joan. She worked for the telephone company after school. After graduation she worked more than 30 years as a Supervisor for the phone company until retirement.

Joan and her husband Mike took many cruises and spent many vacations in Aruba. We have spent happy times in Stone Meadow since 2009.

Joan was a kind, loving, warm-hearted person who always had a smile of her face. She will be missed by her family and many friends.

Calling hours  for Joan will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) West Bridgewater on Thursday, April 4th from 9:00AM-10:00AM thence to St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater where a funeral for the repose of her soul will be held at 10:30AM. Interment will follow in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, Bridgewater.
