Joan L. Graves Joan L. (Horigan) Graves, 73, of Brockton, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 at home with her loving family. She was the wife of the late Leslie D. Graves. Born September 11, 1939 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Paul J. and Ruth M. (Peterson) Horigan. She is survived by her children, Joan A. Thomas and husband Glenn of Brockton, Cynthia L. Lane and husband Steve of Kingston, Richard D. Graves and wife Gena also of Kingston, Deborah M. Nickerson and Donna Lee Graves both of Brockton; her grandchildren, Valarie Vestal, Donald Johnson, Melissa Colon, Jason Pierce, Crystal Pierce, Cody Graves, Felecia Grant, Marshal Graves and Hunter Graves; her great grandchildren, Gregory Nickerson, Anthony Colon, Andrew Colon, Aaron Johnson, Nora Graves, Landon Pierce, Kaylee Ribeiro and Jack Vestal; her siblings, Ruth Morocco of Quincy, Paul Horigan, II of Weymouth, Marie Viola of Hanover and Carol Rand of Sandwich; her beloved friend, Owen Doherty and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Robert Horigan. Funeral Information Funeral Serives will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Thursday, January 17th at 11:00 AM.
