JoAnn Marie (Keelin) Bennett, 56, of Avon, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024.

Born in Newton on February 8, 1968, she was the daughter of Joseph and Annette (Dumais) Keelin, Jr.

JoAnn worked as a pharmacy technician for CVS Pharmacy in St. Petersburg, Florida where she soaked up the sunshine for 17 years before coming back home to Massachusetts in 2013.

JoAnn loved music of every kind, watching baking shows, and cooking for her loved ones. Decorating for the season, especially Christmas, was one of her favorite activities. She could always be found at holiday bazaars and bake sales. JoAnn found a new friend everywhere she went and she could make a connection with just about anyone she encountered. JoAnn's greatest joy in life was spending every moment of her day with family, especially her grandchildren - Daniel, Jacob, and Julian.

JoAnn is survived by her daughter Krystle Keelin, her son Cody Bennett, parents Annette Dumais & Joseph Keelin, Jr., sister Karen Neilson, sister Suzanne Sweet, brother Joseph Keelin, III., her three grandsons, and nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at a later date.
