John J. Buccheri, 72, of Brockton, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the Brigham & Womens Hospital in Boston surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Cheryl A. (Huth) Buccheri.
Born July 23, 1947 in Boston, he was the son of the late Joseph Buccheri and Mary (Miraglia) Buccheri. John was raised in Dorchester and was a graduate of Brighton High School class of 1965.
Upon completion of high school John was a Carpenter working for the family construction business for many years.
John was a simple and humble man who was extremely proud of his family. He enjoyed numerous hours laughing with his grandchildren at the endless stories they would tell. John's grandchildren were his proudest. achievement.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl A. (Huth) Buccheri; his children, John R. Buccheri and his wife Kelly, Jennifer M. Buccheri and Kerri A. Lembo and her husband Bill; and was a proud "Papa" to his 8 grandchildren, Niko, Kiley, Alyvia, Lily, Kallie, Cassie, Nolan and Andrew; his brother Richard Buccheri and his wife Carol; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Anthony Buccheri, Salvatore Buccheri, George Buccheri and Robert Buccheri.
