Moynihan, of Brockton, February 27, 2002, John F. Moynihan, 62 years. Husband of M. Judy Moynihan. Father of Sheryl, Tricia, Amy and Darren Moynihan, and father of the late John Moynihan, Jr.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Hours Friday 4-7pm.

Obituary Information

Mr. Moynihan died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at the Brockton Hospital. Born in Brockton, he was the son of the late Cornelius and Theresa B. (Healy) Moynihan, he had been a life long resident. He was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1957. He was employed by the J.P. Long Plumbing Company for over 20 years, after which he became a self employed plumber. He was in the Army National Guard of Massachusetts as a reserve of the Army. He was an avid Sky Diver, Scuba Diver, and was devoted to his family.

Mr. Moynihan is survived by his wife, M. Judy Moynihan. 3 daughters, Sheryl Moynihan of Yarmouth, Tricia Moynihan, Amy Moynihan and 1 son Darren Moynihan all of Brockton. 2 sisters Margaret Linehan of Onset and Brookridge, FL and Elizabeth Beaton of Halifax, 5 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousinsFather of the late John Moynihan Jr.
