Jon Bottiglieri, of Palm Bay FL died peacefully, from a courageous battle with cancer on 3/11/2024.

He was born in Brockton, MA in 1945 to Luigi and Eugenia (DeLoura) Bottiglieri. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic School and Cardinal Spellman High School. He proudly served in two branches of the military and was honorable discharged from both the United States Army and the United States Air Force.

He was a devoted and loving husband to Joanne Lopes of Whitman, MA for 27 years. They had 3 children, Michael, Michelle and Theresa. After losing Joanne to cancer in 1992, Jon got remarried to Nancy Davis of Windham, NH. They spent their time in Massachusetts and Florida, where they decided to live permanently.

Jon was well known for dry sense of humor and sarcasm. He enjoyed his time by socializing with friends, and joining various organizations like the Knights of Columbus, but his favorite was the Sons of Italy, Osceola Lodge 2523, where he did the monthly newsletter and was one of the trustees.

He is survived by his son Michael and his wife Tracey Bottiglieri of Sanford, ME, daughter Michelle Martin of Fall River, MA and daughter Theresa and her husband Alan Valley of Berkley, MA. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 15th at the Pine Hills Cemetery in West Bridgewater, MA.
