Born February 25, 1984 in Brockton, Jon was raised in Brockton and attended Brockton High School. Jon enjoyed attending Brockton Rox games and rooting on his favorite New England teams. Jon was a dedicated family man and enjoyed spending time with his cousins, niece and nephew, and his siblings. His only intention was to make people smile. Jon was a warm-hearted son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and uncle and will truly be missed. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Cheryl Smith of Brockton; his brother, Robert Smith, Jr. and his wife Gina along with his nephew, Robert, III and niece, Sandra Smith of Bridgewater; his sister, Kristen Smith of Brockton; his grandparents, Ann and the late Robert Smith of Bridgewater formerly of Brockton, Madeline Demarco of Revere, and Jim Larkin of Norfolk; his aunts and uncles, Dean and Anne Smith of Brockton, Peter Smith of Brockton, Kevin and Paula Smith of West Bridgewater, Deanna Smith of Brockton, James and Lisa Smith of Hanover, Patty Smith of Brockton, Diane and Danny Hagerty of Brookline, David Larkin of Norfolk and Vincent DeMarco of Florida; his cousins, Chris, Danny, Nick, Matt, Andy, Courtney, Nicole, Jamie, Megan, Amanda, Ryan, and David. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Tuesday, January 14th at 9:30AM thence to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 439 West St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 10:30AM.
