Online Obituaries Jorel Samy, 60, of Brockton, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the Brigham and Womens Hospital in Boston. He was the husband of Margally (Jean) Samy. Born April 7, 1956 in Cabaret, Haiti, he was a son of Immacula (Marc) Samy and the late Raymond Samy. Jorel was a self-employed contractor by trade. He enjoyed music, playing the guitar and the piano. Jorel was a religious man, always praying and reading his bible. He is survived by his wife, Margally (Jean) Samy; his children, Valmyth Samy, M. Joalyne Samy, Jael Syverain, Jennifer Rosemond, Joelle Samy, Raymonde Samy, Jerry Samy and Moise Samy; his grandchildren, Curtis A. Lavalas, Noah Samy and Nalisha Fefe; his siblings, Talita Marc, Monise Marc, Job Samy, Julietle Samy, Jinette Samy and Natacha Samy. He was also survived by his several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held in the First Brockton Haitian Church, 940 Main St., Brockton on Saturday, April 8th. Calling hours begin at 8:00AM 11:00AM with a Prayer Service that will be held in the Church at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in the Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
