Jose J. Costa, 63, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was the husband of Caroline Alves. Born September 17, 1954 in Brava, Cape Verde he was the son of Joaquim D. Costa and Maria (Lourdes) Costa. He is survived by his wife, parents, brothers, sisters and many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Russell & PIca Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St.,(Rt.123) Brockton on Wednesday, April 4th at 8:00AM followed by a funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 9:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00PM.
