Jose Depina Jose Depina , 73, of Brockton, died Monday, April 27, 2009 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He was the husband of Maria (Julia) Depina. Born August 3, 1935 in Cape Verde, he was the son of the late Joao Depina and Georgina Monteiro Depina. Mr. Depina was a Machine Operator working for Barbour Corporation in Brockton for several years. He is survived by his wife, Maria (Julia) Depina; his children, Alice Depina, John Depina, Bobby Depina, David Fortes Depina, Juseila Depina, and Jason Fernandes Depina; his brothers and sisters, Vergilio Depina, Antonio Depina, Isabel Fortes, Alberto Depina, Manuel Depina, Carlos Depina, Joao Depina, and Maria Santos; he is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Friday, May 1st at 9:30AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein Parish/St Edward Church, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 10:30AM.
