Obituary

Joseph A. "Joey" Cerrato, III, 25, of Middleboro, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday May 1, 2018 in Middleboro. Born June 1, 1993 in Stoughton, he was the beloved son of Suzanne A. "Sue" (Belleville) Cerrato, of Middleboro and Joseph A. "Joe" Cerrato, Jr., of Wareham. Beloved sister of Christina M. "Cryssi" Cerrato of Middleboro. Joe graduated from Middleboro High School in 2012. He was a CDL Truck Driver and was working for Mike Walsh Trucking of Middleboro for several years. Joey enjoyed trucking, fishing, hunting, camping, dirt bikes and landscaping. He was an avid lover of animals and enjoyed spending time with his many pets over the years. In addition to his parents and sister, he is survived by his father's wife Cheri Cerrato and her children Nicole Stevens & Merranda Walker; his sister's fiancé Jimmy Davis; his grandparents, Joseph A. Cerrato, Sr., Patricia Cerrato, Raymonde Belleville and the late Roland Belleville; his aunts and uncles, Carol & Michael Lindblom, Claire Belleville, Donald & Dolores Belleville, Michael & Donna Belleville, Scott Pereira & the late Barbara Pereira (also Joey's God parents), Mary & Kevin Kelly, Danny Cerrato & Jade Haggerty, Ann & Rob Edwards; lifelong family & friends Dan, Jen & Danny Marble. He is also survived by many cousins & close friends. Following Cremation, a Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) West Bridgewater on Tuesday from12:00-3:30PM followed by a Prayer Service in the Funeral Home at 3:30PM.
