Obituary

Joseph T. Crimmins, 73 years old, of Brockton died Sunday February 12, 2012 at home. He was the husband of the late Dorothy A. (Cogswell) Crimmins. Mr. Crimmins was born, raised and educated in Brockton, a son of the late Dennis J. and Cora M. (Bousquet) Crimmins. He had been employed by the City of Brockton, DPW, utilities division.
Mr. Crimmins was a member of the Enterprise Club. He was a quiet and witty man who enjoyed gardening, cooking and doing crossword puzzles.

He is survived by a nephew Michael J. Silvia and his wife Sue of Brockton and he was the brother of the late Shirley Silvia, Raymond Smith and Harold “Buddy” Smith.

A graveside service with military honors will be held Friday March 9, 2012 at 11:30am in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton (use North Entrance).
