Obituary

Joseph C. “Joe” Reppucci age 80 of Bridgewater, died Monday May 7, 2018 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital after a brief illness. He was the devoted husband of Rosemarie (DiPesa) Reppucci.

Joe was born and raised in Dorchester a son of the late Joseph and Claire (Campbell) Reppucci and was a graduate of Boston College High School. He had been a resident of Bridgewater for the past five years and previously lived in Mansfield.
Joe had been a member of the Army National Guard for several years.

At the time of his death, Joe was a concierge at Heights Crossing in Brockton. Previously he had been a traffic manager in the local garment industry.
Joe loved to shop, take trips to New Hampshire and watch all New England sports teams, especially the Patriots. He will be remembered as an easy going and very giving man who cherished time with his family. He was fondly known as the patriarch of the family.

He is survived by three children James Reppucci of Taunton, Lisa DeSimone and her husband of Daniel of Mansfield and Laura Reppuci of Raynham; three stepchildren Lisa Sprague of Whitman, Nicole Caccavo of Bridgewater and John Casarano of Whitman; his siblings Cheryl Schnidlin of NH; Mark Reppucci of CT, Frank Downes of Avon and David Boyd of AZ; and 4 grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Claire Smith.

Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (rte. 123) Brockton on Thursday 4-8pm. The procession will gather at the funeral home on Friday at 8am for a funeral Mass at 9am in St. Edith Stein Church, Brockton. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
