Obituary

Joseph Nuovo, Jr., 55 years of Brockton died Wednesday, December 7, 2005, at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born and raised in Brockton, a son of Cesira M. (DeMarzio) Nuovo and the late Joseph Nuovo. He was a
graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1968 and also graduated from the Blue Hills Vocational Technical School in Canton. Before his illness he was employed at the Boston School for the Deaf in Randolph. Mr. Nuovo enjoyed working on cars. He will be sadly missed by his relatives and friends.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister Fedela A. Nuovo of Hull, two aunts Rita Matta of Brockton and Patricia Barry of Florida, an uncle Michael Nuovo of E. Bridgewater and several cousins.

A Service of the Divine Liturgy was celebrated Saturday at St. Theresa Maronite Catholic Church. Burial was in the family lot in Calvary Cemetery.
