He is survived by his wife, Mary Evangeline Augustine; his children from his first marriage, Christa Louie and Peter Craig Louie; his son from his second marriage Peter J. Rubin; his siblings, Theresa Rodrigues, Robert Louie, and Leroy Louie; his half siblings, Raymond Mitchell, Gary Mitchell and Leroy Mitchell all of Burnt Church, New Brunswick, Canada, Pamela Mitchell of Lebanon CT, and Wendy Mitchell of Burnt Church, New Brunswick, Canada; and his several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Wayne Louie and Percy Mitchell. Funeral Information Following Cremation, burial of Peter's ashes will take place at a later date in New Brunswick, Canada.
