Obituary

Joseph W. Magliarditi, Sr., age 59, of Millinocket, Maine, formerly of Brockton, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at his seasonal home in Clearwater, FL. He was the loving companion of Barbara Stone of Millinocket, Maine.

Born in Cambridge, he was the son of the late Joseph and Joanne M. (Anson) Magliarditi. He served his country proudly in the United States Army.

Joe worked in construction for the past several years. Joe was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed nature, swimming, hiking, boating, camping, attending concerts, and going to the beach. He was also a “foodie” who loved cooking whether it was Italian cuisine or grilling on a nice day.

He will be remembered for his strong and silent personality who was caring, hardworking, and liked to have a good time.
Joseph is survived by his son, Joseph W. Magliarditi, Jr., and his wife Brianna of Hanson; a granddaughter, Aubree Magliarditi; his brother William Magliarditi and his wife Carolyn of Brockton; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Peter Magliarditi and Diana J. Magliarditi-Morse.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 5:30 pm, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton. Military honors will be rendered at the conclusion of his funeral.
