Bridgewater. Loving grandmother of Rosemary Bell, William G. Kupchun, Mary M. Spear and the late Thomas J. Kupchun. Great grandmother of four. Sister of Ann Herman of Brockton.
Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Bridgewater at 9 am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Bridgewater. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-8 pm.
Obituary
Mrs. Kupchun died Saturday at the Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Bridgewater daughter of the late Julius and Rosie (Norkawski) Tamulewicz and lived in Bridgewater for most of her life. She had also lived in Brockton and Nashua, NHFor many years Mrs. Kupchun worked in the garment industry as a stitcher and floor lady. She worked at London Clothing, Brockton Sportswear, Cape Cod Originals and Gay-Lynn Sportswear. She was a member of the ILGWU Local 242 (International Ladies Garment Workers Union).
Mrs. Kupchun enjoyed flower gardening, cooking & baking, fishing and knitting. She was also proud of her Lithuanian heritage and enjoyed her family.She had been a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church
In addition to the survivors listed above she was the sister of the late Julius Tamulewicz.
