Online Obituaries Josette D. Marseille, 68, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Pierre D. Marseille. Born March 30, 1946 in St. Marc, Haiti she was the daughter of the late Octavien Dorcemus and Leonie (Desdunes) Dorcemus. Josette was a very hard worker who loved helping people. She enjoyed going for walks. Josette was a very religious person and was a member of the First Brockton Haitian Church. She was a great wife and a caring mother. She is survived by her husband, Pierre D. Marseille; her children, James Marseille and Karen Marseille; her granddaughter, Kiara Josette Spooner; her siblings, Marcel Garcia, Manasse Dorcemus, Marc Andre Dorcemus, Hilaire Dorcemus, Henry Dorcemus and Octave Dorcemus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information A Funeral Service will be held in the First Brockton Haitian Church, 940 Main Street Brockton on Saturday, April 12th at 9:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours will be on Friday from 5:00PM-9:00PM in the funeral home.
