Judith (Judy) A. Galante, 74, of Brockton, MA and Palm Beach Gardens, FL passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Edward M. Galante, Sr., her high school sweetheart, with whom she was happily married to for 52 years.

Born in Brockton, daughter of the late Francis and Gloria Pileggi of Brockton, MA. Judy adored her grandchildren and family and loved to spend time with them. She enjoyed the beach and spending time with friends.

Proud mother of Attorney Edward M. Galante, Jr. and wife Susan of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Professor Christopher F. Galante of Mansfield, MA and Brendan M. Galante and wife Rachael of Casselberry, FL. Devoted grandmother to Meghan, Katelyn, Quinn and Benjamin. Sister of Francis Connolly and wife Laurie of Loudon, New Hampshire.

Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 S. Main St., (Rt.28) West Bridgewater on Friday, October 14th at 9:00 AM thence to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 439 West St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours in the funeral home on Thursday, October 13th from 4:00-7:00 PM.
