Judith Irene Tweedy (Capozzi) passed away peacefully on December 10, 2025, held in the loving care of her family and strengthened by her faith. Born on November 10, 1946, in New London, CT, the only child of William Capozzi and Lucy (Fidrych). She was the beloved wife of the late James H. Tweedy. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Laura Tweedy of Easton; stepdaughter Ann Tweedy-Vena of Vermillion, SD; Ann's husband, Emmanuel; and grandson, Zachary. She is also survived by many loving cousins, extended relatives, and a cherished friend to many.

Born and raised in Brockton, she was a proud graduate of Brockton High School, where she studied business and data processing. She built a long and successful career in accounting. Through hard work and dedication, she rose to become a Collections Manager for SIE Computing Solutions (formerly Mupac). She truly loved her job and took great pride in the relationships she built and the people she mentored throughout her career. She had a gentle heart and a deep love for animals, including her late dog Emma and cat, Holly who brought her comfort and companionship. A woman of quiet but steady faith, she found strength through prayer and trusted in God's presence throughout life's journey.

She will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and the love she shared with everyone around her. May she rest peacefully in God's eternal care.
