Julius Cohen "Julio" Durham Julius Cohen "Julio" Durham , 85, of Brockton died Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at The Guardian Center in Brockton. He was husband of the late Shirley (Roberts) Durham Torrence. Born February 22, 1922 in Brockton, he was the son of the late John P. Durham and Sarah (Henderson) Durham. He was raised in Brockton and graduated from Brockton High School. He was a self employed truck driver. He also managed the Blue Moon Caf in Boston for many years. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his daughter, Sheryl Royster of NC; his grandchildren, Valerie E. Royster and Jewell D. Royster-Bratton, both of Boston; his devoted sister, Doris Evans of Brockton; his stepchildren, Joseph S. Smart and Lisa E. Lowery; he is also survived by five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral Service will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton on Friday, Sept. 28th at 1:00PM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home on Friday prior to the service 11:00AM-1:00PM.
