Obituary

Karen L. Griswold, age 61, of Brockton, died unexpectedly June 16, 2019 at her home. Karen was the loving mother of Stephanie Griswold of Fall River and Isaac Reed of Stoughton. Born, raised and educated in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mae (Jacobsen) Griswold. Karen was a graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1975 and took courses at Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical School and Massasoit Community College. Karen stayed home to raise her children and enjoyed keeping a clean house. She also enjoyed sewing, shopping and going for walks.

Karen is also survived by her grandchildren Ruby Benoit, Alijah and Aliyah Reed, Serena Benoit and Kaiya Fournier. She was the sister of Patty Chandonait of Dighton, Robbin Loftus of Easton, Wilma Dorman of North Carolina, Paulette Murphy of Florida, Joanne Silva of New Bedford, Maryann Santos of Brockton and the late Nancy Barry, Richard Griswold and James Griswold. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
