Obituary

Karen Elizabeth Roberts, 48 years of age, of El Segundo, California, died Tuesday, June 16,2009 at her home after a long battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late John and Marion (Betty) Roberts of Brockton and West Yarmouth MA. Born and raised in Brockton, she was a member of the 1979 graduating class of Brockton High School. Karen enjoyed movies, music, reading, and was an avid Red Sox fan. Survivors include three brothers Jack and his wife Roxanne Roberts of Dennis MA, Ray and his wife Cathy of Brockton, and Mark Roberts of West Yarmouth MA, and she was the sister of the late Gary Roberts of Brockton; six nieces and nephews, who loved her dearly, Caitlin Roberts her goddaughter, Megan Ocampo, Jake Roberts, Shannon Baker, Jarred Roberts her godson, Jamie Roberts and she was also the aunt of the late Joshua Roberts; She also leaves 7 grand nieces and nephew.
