Katherine Alexander, age 58, of Boston, passed away on August 16, 2021, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Born and raised in Boston, she was the daughter of Monroe Berry and the late Ruby Lee.
Affectionately known as “Pudding”, she attended Emerson School in Boston. She was a loving and caring person who was devoted to her family. Pudding loved to babysit and listen to her favorite R & B music.
Ms. Alexander leaves her children: Lakila “MeMe” Alexander, Billy Alexander, and Jesse James Alexander, all of Boston; her beloved grandchildren: Shakera Denise O’Bryant, Rashaun Jermol Rather, Shakhia Rashauna Rather, Shakila Sylay Alexander Halliday, Keymauri Emrick Alexander Halliday, D’Naja Alexander, Jaquan Alexander, Janila Vann, Jay Shawn Alexander, and DJ Alexander. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and her siblings: Ethel Berry, Mae Berry, Luke Berry, Nancy Alexander, Joanne Berry, Earle Berry, and Ronny Beasley; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, from 9:30am to 10:45am, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, Brockton, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, in the funeral home, officiated by Bishop Orlando Harris. Interment will be private.
