Sullivan and her husband Daniel of South Weymouth. Grandmother of Evelyn McGrath and her husband Scott of No. Easton, Katherine Giovanni and her husband John of Brockton, John Colman and his wife Tara of Missouri, H. Stefan Colman and his wife Jennifer of Texas, Robert Valchuis of Brockton and Deirdre Sullivan of Weymouth and great grandmother of two. Cousin of Lynn McNeil of Ashland.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton at 8 am. Funeral Mass in St. Edward Church at 9 am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting Hours Monday morning at 8 am. Mrs. Colman died Wednesday night at the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater after a period of failing health. Born in Brockton, daughter of the late John H. and Margaret (Driscoll) Sheerin. Graduate of Boston Teachers College, class of 1933 and late employee of Boston Woven Hose & Rubber Company and The Boston Herald. She enjoyed writing poetry, reading and solving crossword puzzles

Survived by a son Henry J. and his wife Sandra of Montana, 2 daughters, Deirdre C. Valchuis of Brockton and Gael C. Sullivan and her husband Daniel of South Weymouth, 6 grandchildren Evelyn McGrath and her husband Scott of No. Easton, Katherine Giovanni and her husband John of Brockton, John Colman and his wife Tara of Missouri, H. Stefan Colman and his wife Jennifer of Texas, Robert Valchuis of Brockton and Deirdre Sullivan of Weymouth and 2 great grandchildren and a cousin Lynn McNeil of Ashland. Wife of the late Henry J. Colman, sister of the late John Sheerin of Boston, Margaret Linskey and Dorothy McClellan of Marshfield.
