Obituary

Katherine P. Hamm, 33 years, of Brockton died suddenly Tuesday, July 13, 2010. She was born in Brockton, a loving daughter of Barbara A. (Dolan) Hamm of Brockton and Zephyrhills, FL and the late Edgar W. Hamm, Sr. Katherine remained a life long resident of the city and was a 1995 graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School. At the time of her death Katherine was a unit coordinator in the emergency dept. of Good Samaritan Medical Center. She also was a co-owner with Amy Kubek of Jane Dough Cakes in Brockton and a Pampered Chef Consultant. Katherine was the devoted mother and best friend of Elisa Kaye Hamm. She was a Girl Scout Co-Leader, a soccer mom and enjoyed running Elisa and her friends around.

Katherine was a cherished sister of Teresa M. Hamm of Dartmouth; John L. Hamm and his wife Dorothy of Brockton; Charlene A. Hall of S. Attleboro; Edgar W. Hamm, Jr. and his fiancée Tina Gurn of Brockton; Bernard “Danny” Hamm of Brockton; Victoria F. Salamone and her husband Greg of So. Easton and Shannon R. Salamone and her husband Michael of Fall River and she was also a loving aunt and godmother to many.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday 8am. Funeral Mass in Christ the King Parish at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting hours Friday 4-8pm.
